What is sleep paralysis?

According to wikipedia, Sleep paralysis is a state, during waking up or falling asleep, in which one is conscious but is unable to move or speak.

This is the The Nightmare by Swiss artist Henry Fuseli (1781) is thought to be a depiction of sleep paralysis perceived as a demonic visitation.

In my opinion, sleep paralysis it is a paranormal experience in which the brain generates images so vivid and real that it is impossible to distinguish reality from hallucinations.

In fact, it can cause real visions, and night terrors, real hallucinations.

I have seen demons, ghosts, and knew  that death was coming.  When you see a demon or feel demonic presence in your room while you are asleep, this is called a “Night hag “, a supernatural creature which is believed to be associated with sleep paralysis experience.

A feeling of not being able to move, seeing myself paralyzed in a bed.

Seeing my own room, and dark, demonic presences paralyzing and voices whispering to me that I was going to die.

So, it isn’t just a bad nightmare. It’s definitely a phenomenon related to stress, but also to what we eat the day before – some foods and spices can induce paralysis and even night terrors. But not only.

I believe it is a paranormal phenomena in which demons and possibly evil spirits can really hunt us.

They  want to lead us into the abyss. Maybe they represent our darkest fears.

What is sleep paralysis according to you? Have you ever had similar experiences?
