Return policy

FAULTY ITEMS

We replace faulty items- though it is very unlikely you will receive a faulty item! In case your item is faulty, we can offer you a refund after you have sent the item back.

REFUNDS

If you wish to get a refund because your item is faulty , you need to return the item first and then we will process your refund. The customer will be refunded the value of the returned product/s only.

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges of items have been worn , ot have been used . You must return the item within 2 weeks  with label on and in the original package.

We do not accept exchanges of colour as we are a small business.

For T-shirts/hoodies sizes please refer to the main size chart ; we can send you a replacement but you will have to cover the postage to return the unwanted item and to get a new item as well.

We do our best to make you happy and we will always try to find a solution. Please if you have problems with your order don’t hesitate to  contact us and we will do our best to sort it for you!
