Stella Wembley, Rome Burns live at The Fox & Newt – Reviews and Photos
First of all, this was the first date in Leeds and the second event after about two years due to the lockdown, a magical evening not to be forgotten.
Due to Covid regulations, it was a seated event, with a maximum of 35 seats – and sold out.
I was responsible for the promotion, management, and lighting setup of my performance.
More importantly, I needed about 45 minutes for the set up of the lights, and then extra time for the distribution of the names on the tables, each of which had black candles to recreate a “dark” atmosphere. (the black candles were handmade, paraffin-free).
It was a pleasure to be the opening act for Rome Burns, and DJ Pyromancer closed the night with fantastic gothic tunes.
I have performed two new unreleased songs “Today is not Tomorrow” , “Alone Again” ,and a rearranged version of No Rays of Sun and Music to watch the Boys to( Lana del Rey cover).
The intro for the concert was Black Sun Rising.
The evening had two very positive reviews in Reflections of Darkness magazine –Reflections of Darkness review and Elektro Vox Magazine – ElektroVox Review .
Check them out!
